The Elko Indians basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Spring Creek Spartans to 32 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Truckee for a contest on Friday, February 4. Elko will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 58-24 non-league loss to Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-3.

The Spartans (11-8) will now prepare for their bout against Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Railroaders go into the non-league bout with a 0-5 record.
