Indiana High School Basketball - Evansville Day crushes Vincennes Rivet
February 1, 2023: Evansville, IN 47715 Evansville Day Eagles (Evansville, IN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Vincennes Rivet Patriots (Vincennes, IN), 67-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Evansville Day upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Eagles host Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-9.
Next up, the Patriots play the Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN) in a Blue Chip bout, on Thursday, February 2. Vincennes Rivet will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 67-56 league loss to Northeast Dubois (Dubois, IN).
