Minnesota High School Basketball - Spring Lake Park topped by Park Center
February 1, 2023: Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 The Park Center Pirates basketball team scored 88 points and restricted the host Spring Lake Park Panthers to 69 in the Pirates league victory on Wednesday.
The Pirates now sport a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Louis Park for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Park Center will battle a Orioles team coming off a 85-38 non-league loss to Orono (Long Lake, MN). The Orioles record now stands at 2-15.
The Panthers (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Elk River (Elk River, MN). The Elks come into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Elk River prevailed over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN), 69-50, in a league contest.
