The Point Pleasant Big Blacks basketball team (Point Pleasant, WV), was toppled 42-30 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV)

The Huskies now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Hoover will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 60-44 league win over Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV). The Pioneers record now stands at 16-1.
