The Newington Nor'easters (Newington, CT) basketball knocked off the visiting Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT), 44-32 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Nor'easters (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Simsbury notched a victory over Conard (West Hartford, CT), 50-46, in a non-league test.
