February 1, 2024: Vinalhaven, ME 04863 The Temple Academy Bereans basketball team (Waterville, ME), was toppled 33-25 in Thursday's league battle with the host Vinalhaven Vikings (Vinalhaven, ME)
The Vikings now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Haven for a D South battle on Friday, February 2. Vinalhaven will confront a Hawks team coming off a 76-10 non-league loss to Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 3-10.
The Bereans (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Carrabec (North Anson, ME). The Cobras come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Carrabec was toppled by North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME), 55-31, in a league battle.
