In Saturday's non-league test, the Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN) basketball squad trounced the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN), by a score of 81-58.

Next, the Royals encounter the Eden Prairie Eagles (Eden Prairie, MN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Hopkins will attempt to improve on its 17-1 season record.

The Bison (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Washburn (Minneapolis, MN). The Millers come into the non-league test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Washburn bounced Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN), 87-63, in a non-league test.
