Minnesota High School Basketball - Wayzata triumphant over Buffalo
February 4, 2025: Plymouth, MN 55446 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) and the visiting Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN), observed Wayzata's basketball team overwhelm Buffalo by a score of 97-71.
The Trojans (16-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 8-10 record. In their last challenge, Eden Prairie was routed by Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN), 74-64, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bison battle the St. Michael-Albertville Knights (Albertville, MN) in a AAAA Section 8 challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Buffalo will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 65-61 non-league loss to Minnetonka (Minnetonka, MN).
