The Shelby Whippets basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Clear Fork Colts to 37 in the Whippets league triumph on Saturday.

The Whippets now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Perkins for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Shelby will play a Pirates team coming off a 72-58 league win over Sandusky (Sandusky, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 11-7.
