West Virginia High School Basketball - Tolsia trounced by Dawson-Bryant
February 1, 2025: Fort Gay, WV 25514 Dawson-Bryant Hornets (Coal Grove, OH) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Tolsia Rebels (Fort Gay, WV), 49-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Dawson-Bryant advances its record to 9-10 on the year. The Hornets travel to Rock Hill (Ironton, OH) to face the Redmen in a Ohio Valley match on Monday, February 3. The Redmen enter the match with a record of 6-12. Rock Hill lost 65-20 in their recent league match against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, OH)
The Rebels now own a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buffalo for a Freelance match on Monday, February 3. Tolsia will face a Bison squad coming off a 56-19 league win over Poca (Poca, WV). The Bison record now stands at 9-4.
