Minnesota High School Basketball - New Ulm overwhelms Blue Earth
February 10, 2023: New Ulm, MN 56073 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) and the visiting Blue Earth Buccaneers (Blue Earth, MN), saw New Ulm's basketball squad wallop Blue Earth by a tally of 97-60.
With the victory, New Ulm improves its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Hutchinson lost 71-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN)
Next up, the Buccaneers confront the Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans (Montgomery, MN) in a AA Section 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Blue Earth will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 10-12 record after their 66-46 non-league loss to Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN).
