Michigan High School Basketball - Okemos topped by Grand Ledge
February 10, 2023: Grand Ledge, MI 48837 The Grand Ledge Comets basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Okemos Wolves to 50 in the Comets league victory on Friday.
The Comets now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eaton Rapids for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Grand Ledge will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 73-62 league loss to Sexton (Lansing, MI). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-16.
The Wolves (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Waverly (Lansing, MI). The Warriors come into the Capital Area - Blue contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Waverly was defeated by East Lansing (East Lansing, MI), 68-61, in a league contest.
