Indiana High School Basketball - Purdue Polytechnic nips Indianapolis Metropolitan

Purdue Polytechnic Techies (Indianapolis, IN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas (Indianapolis, IN), 70-68 in a league bout.

With the victory, Purdue Polytechnic upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Techies travel to KIPP Legacy (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 8-6. KIPP Legacy lost 70-65 in their recent non-league bout against Riverside (Indianapolis, IN)

Next up, the Pumas play the Indianapolis Arsenal Technical Titans (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Indianapolis Metropolitan will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 8-11 record after their 67-52 league loss to Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN).
