Michigan High School Basketball - Kingsley overwhelms Leland
February 10, 2023: Kingsley, MI 49649 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Kingsley Stags (Kingsley, MI) and the visiting Leland Comets (Leland, MI), saw Kingsley's basketball squad wallop Leland by a tally of 66-24.
With the victory, Kingsley improves its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Stags host McBain (McBain, MI) to confront the Ramblers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 13. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a record of 11-4. McBain won 73-30 in their recent league challenge against Roscommon (Roscommon, MI)
Next up, the Comets confront the St. Mary Eagles (Lake Leelanau, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Leland will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 14-1 record after their 62-50 non-league win over Reese (Reese, MI).
