North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwood crushes Western Alamance

February 10, 2023: Pittsboro, NC 27312

Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC), 63-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Northwood upgrades its record to 21-2 on the campaign.

Next up, the Warriors play the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) in a 3A Conference 25 bout, on Monday, February 13. Western Alamance will attempt to upgrade on its 1-23 season record. The Fighting Red Wolves come into the bout with a 6-15 record after their 62-56 non-league loss to Durham School of the Arts (Durham, NC).
