February 10, 2025: Hagerstown, MD 21740 Westminster Owls (Westminster, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host South Hagerstown Rebels (Hagerstown, MD), 75-67 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Westminster upgrades its record to 10-9 on the year. The Owls travel to Winters Mill (Westminster, MD) to face the Falcons in a Carroll County match on Friday, February 14. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 5-13. Winters Mill lost 76-65 in their recent non-league match against Pikesville (Baltimore, MD)
The Rebels now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakdale for a CMC match on Tuesday, February 11. South Hagerstown will face a squad coming off a 71-55 league loss to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The record now stands at 6-11.
