February 11, 2023: Cheyenne, WY 82001 The East Thunderbirds topped the visiting Thunder Basin Bolts basketball team by a final score of 55-41 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Thunderbirds face the Laramie Plainsmen (Laramie, WY) in a 4A Southeast game, on Thursday, February 16. East will attempt to move on its 18-4 season record. The Plainsmen enter the game with a 9-10 record after their 83-62 league loss to Sheridan (Sheridan, WY).
With the defeat, Thunder Basin moves to 9-8 on the year. The Bolts host Natrona County (Casper, WY) to face the Mustangs in a 4A Northeast game on Friday, February 17. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 8-9. Natrona County won 59-43 in their recent non-league game against South (Cheyenne, WY)
