The Wood Memorial Trojans basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Vincennes Lincoln Alices to 55 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Trojans now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gibson Southern for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Wood Memorial will battle a Titans team coming off a 61-43 league win over Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN). The Titans record now stands at 8-11.

The Alices (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Castle (Newburgh, IN). The Knights enter the Southern Indiana contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Castle nudged Jasper (Jasper, IN), 60-42, in a league contest.
