Alaska High School Basketball - Service crushes Eagle River
February 11, 2025: Eagle River, AK 99577 The Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) basketball crushed the host Eagle River Wolves (Eagle River, AK), 85-36 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chugiak for a 4A Cook Inlet bout on Friday, February 14. Service will play a Mustangs team coming off a 64-56 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-11.
With the loss, Eagle River falls to 1-13 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK) to play the Golden Bears in a 4A Cook Inlet bout on Friday, February 14. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Bartlett lost 58-47 in their recent league bout against South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)
