February 10, 2025: Anchorage, AK 99508 In Monday's league contest, the host Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds basketball team scored a big 74-27 triumph over the Eagle River Wolves.
The Thunderbirds (16-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears go into the 4A Cook Inlet contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Bartlett was trounced by Service (Anchorage, AK), 74-71, in a league contest.
The Wolves now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Service for a 4A Cook Inlet battle on Tuesday, February 11. Eagle River will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 60-58 league win over West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Cougars record now stands at 10-7.
