With the victory, Bettye Davis East Anchorage advances its record to 20-1 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Service (Anchorage, AK) to face the Cougars in a 4A Cook Inlet match on Friday, February 21. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 13-7. Service won 74-44 in their recent league match against South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)
The Wolverines now own a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagle River for a 4A Cook Inlet match on Friday, February 21. South Anchorage will face a Wolves squad coming off a 67-38 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Wolves record now stands at 1-15.
