February 11, 2025: Anchorage, AK 99502 Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK), 52-42 in a league match.
With the victory, Dimond upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Lynx travel to Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to face the Thunderbirds in a 4A Cook Inlet match on Friday, February 14. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a record of 17-1. Bettye Davis East Anchorage won 65-20 in their recent league match against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK)
The Wolverines now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bartlett for a 4A Cook Inlet match on Thursday, February 13. South Anchorage will face a Golden Bears squad coming off a 65-20 league loss to Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears record now stands at 6-10.
