Arkansas High School Basketball - Pocahontas nips Westside
February 11, 2025: Pocahontas, AR 72455 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pocahontas Redskins (Pocahontas, AR) and the visiting Westside Warriors (Jonesboro, AR), observed Pocahontas's basketball team edge Westside by a margin of 70-66.
The Redskins (15-13) will now prepare for their challenge against South Pemiscot (Steele, MO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, South Pemiscot edged Richland (Essex, MO), 72-57, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 14. Westside will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record.
