New Mexico High School Basketball - Logan holds off Fort Sumner/House
February 12, 2022: Logan, NM 88426 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM) and the visiting Fort Sumner/House (Fort Sumner, NM), saw Logan's basketball squad hold off Fort Sumner/House by a tally of 53-50.
With the victory, Logan improves its record to 19-5 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Grady (Grady, NM) to confront the Bronchos in a A District 6 challenge on Thursday, February 17. The Bronchos come into the challenge with a record of 9-11.
Next up, the confront the San Jon Coyotes (San Jon, NM) in a A District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 15. Fort Sumner/House will attempt to improve on its 16-3 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 43-28 league loss to Melrose (Melrose, NM).
