Minnesota High School Basketball - Mesabi East ripped by Two Harbors
February 12, 2024: Two Harbors, MN 55616 The Two Harbors Agates basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Mesabi East Giants to 42 in the Agates non-league triumph on Monday.
The Agates now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlton/Wrenshall for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Two Harbors will battle a team coming off a 85-41 league win over South Ridge (Culver, MN). The record now stands at 15-8.
The Giants (10-13) will now prepare for their contest against North Woods (Cook, MN). The grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, North Woods triumphed over Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida (Cloquet, MN), 97-81, in a league contest.
