February 12, 2025: Monetta, SC 29105 Calhoun County Saints (St. Matthews, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans (Monetta, SC), 61-40 in a league match.
With the victory, Calhoun County upgrades its record to 12-8 on the year.
The Trojans now sport a 5-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williston-Elko for a A Region 3 match on Friday, February 14. Ridge Spring-Monetta will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 78-25 league loss to Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-10.
