New York High School Basketball - Minisink Valley routed by Goshen Central
February 12, 2025: Goshen, NY 10924 Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Minisink Valley Warriors (Slate Hill, NY), 79-41 in a league match.
With the victory, Goshen Central upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Roosevelt (Hyde Park, NY) to face the Presidents in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. The Presidents enter the match with a record of 3-10.
The Warriors now sport a 1-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chester for a non-league match on Friday, February 14. Minisink Valley will face a Hambletonians squad coming off a 64-53 non-league loss to Mount Academy (Esopus, NY). The Hambletonians record now stands at 9-5.
