Virginia High School Basketball - L.C. Bird nips Wythe
February 13, 2023: Chesterfield, VA 23832 L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Wythe Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), 42-38 in a league bout.
With the victory, L.C. Bird upgrades its record to 14-7 on the campaign.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Huguenot Falcons (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion bout, on Wednesday, February 15. Wythe will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 5-16 record after their 85-60 league loss to Monacan (Richmond, VA).
