Connecticut High School Basketball - Avon holds off Farmington
February 13, 2023: Farmington, CT 06032 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Avon Falcons (Avon, CT) and the host Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT), saw Avon's basketball squad hold off Farmington by a tally of 39-35.
With the victory, Avon improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Manchester (Manchester, CT) to confront the Red Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 15. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 7-12. Manchester won 58-52 in their recent league challenge against East Hartford (East Hartford, CT)
