February 13, 2024: Adrian, MN 56110 The Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles (Edgerton, MN) basketball crushed the host Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons (Adrian, MN), 106-69 in Tuesday's league test.
The Eagles (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN). The Chargers go into the A Section 3 test with a 3-22 record. In their last test, Westbrook-Walnut Grove was trounced by Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN), 73-56, in a league test.
The Dragons now own a 3-19 record. They play next when they travel to Murray County Central for a A Section 3 test on Friday, February 16. Adrian/Ellsworth will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 73-52 league win over Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda (Okabena, MN). The Rebels record now stands at 13-11.
