In Thursday's league test, the Mexico Tigers (Mexico, NY) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Cortland Purple Tigers (Cortland, NY), by a score of 63-48.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Homer Trojans (Homer, NY) in a Section 3 Onondaga - Liberty American test, on Saturday, February 15. Mexico will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record.
