Omaha North Vikings (Omaha, NE) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE), 80-70 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Omaha North advances its record to 8-13 on the year. The Vikings travel to Burke (Omaha, NE) to meet the Bulldogs in a A District 4 match on Tuesday, February 18. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 9-13. Burke won 81-71 in their recent league match against Norfolk (Norfolk, NE)

The Silver Hawks now own a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Omaha Central for a non-league match on Friday, February 21. Lincoln Southwest will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 81-54 non-league win over Lincoln High (Lincoln, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 10-12.
