The Centennial Hawks basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Gadsden Panthers to 18 in the Hawks league triumph on Thursday.

The Hawks now have a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Organ Mountain for a 5A District 3 game on Monday, February 17. Centennial will confront a Knights team coming off a 57-33 league loss to Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights record now stands at 7-16.

With the loss, Gadsden falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to confront the Trojans in a 5A District 3 game on Monday, February 17.
