North Carolina High School Basketball - Dixon fells Richlands
February 13, 2025: Holly Ridge, NC 28445 The Dixon Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Richlands Wildcats to 36 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now have a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Richlands for a non-league game on Friday, February 21. Dixon will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 64-30 non-league loss to Croatan (Newport, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-19.
With the loss, Richlands falls to 0-18 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Croatan (Newport, NC) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 6-5. Croatan won 52-47 in their recent non-league game against West Carteret (Morehead City, NC)
