Princeton Tigers (Princeton, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ), 33-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Princeton upgrades its record to 12-11 on the campaign.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Northern Burlington Greyhounds (Columbus, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 16. Hopewell Valley Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 43-41 non-league win over Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ).
