Georgia High School Basketball - Hampton bested by Union Grove
February 14, 2025: Hampton, GA 30228 Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA), 69-56 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Union Grove advances its record to 17-10 on the year.
The Hornets now own a 14-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Oconee for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Hampton will meet a Titans squad coming off a 66-38 non-league win over Eastside (Covington, GA). The Titans record now stands at 25-2.
