Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Harrison Central Huskies (Cadiz, OH), 54-47 in a league match.

With the victory, Oak Glen upgrades its record to 6-14 on the year. The Golden Bears host John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV) to face the Monarchs in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. The Monarchs enter the match with a record of 7-13. John Marshall lost 70-51 in their recent non-league match against Preston (Kingwood, WV)

The Huskies now sport a 7-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bellaire for a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. Harrison Central will face a Big Reds squad coming off a 76-70 non-league win over Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH). The Big Reds record now stands at 11-11.
