Wisconsin High School Basketball - Rhinelander sneaks past Lakeland
February 14, 2025: Minocqua, WI 54548 The Rhinelander Hodags basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Lakeland Thunderbirds to 57 in the Hodags league triumph on Friday.
The Hodags now possess a 15-5 record. They play next when they host Wabeno/Laona for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. Rhinelander will play a Rebels team coming off a 70-66 non-league loss to Antigo (Antigo, WI). The Rebels record now stands at 10-9.
With the loss, Lakeland falls to 8-13 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Shawano Community (Shawano, WI) to play the Hawks in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 5-14. Shawano Community lost 89-48 in their recent league game against Seymour (Seymour, WI)
