New Mexico High School Basketball - Grants overwhelmed by Highland
February 14, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87108 The Highland Hornets bounced the visiting Grants Pirates basketball squad by a final score of 81-53 in Friday's non-league outing.
Next, the Hornets clash with the Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 18. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 18-0 season record. The Jaguars come into the outing with a 2-7 record after their 68-36 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM).
The Pirates (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Belen (Belen, NM). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 6-6 record. In their last outing, Belen was overwhelmed by Highland (Albuquerque, NM), 65-29, in a non-league outing.
