February 15, 2023: Middleton, MI 48856 In Wednesday's league outing, the Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI) basketball squad nipped the visiting Vestaburg Wolverines (Vestaburg, MI), by a margin of 47-41.
The Pirates (7-8) will now prepare for their outing against Ashley (Ashley, MI). The Bears go into the Mid-State outing with a 1-16 record. In their last outing, Ashley was tipped by St. Charles (St. Charles, MI), 54-40, in a league outing.
The Wolverines now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Breckenridge for a Mid-State outing on Friday, February 17. Vestaburg will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 46-33 league win over Merrill (Merrill, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 11-7.
