In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Lowry Buckaroos basketball team scored a tight 64-57 triumph over the Churchill County Greenwave.

In their next game, the Buckaroos face the Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 17. Lowry will attempt to move on its 11-13 season record. The Vaqueros enter the match with a 22-4 record after their 69-25 league win over Dayton (Dayton, NV).
