Michigan High School Basketball - Kingsford over Escanaba
February 16, 2023: Kingsford, MI 49802 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Kingsford Flivvers (Kingsford, MI) and the visiting Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI), saw Kingsford's basketball squad overcome Escanaba by a tally of 55-45.
With the victory, Kingsford improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Flivvers travel to Menominee (Menominee, MI) to confront the Maroons in a Great Northern U.P. challenge on Monday, February 20. The Maroons come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Menominee won 57-37 in their recent league challenge against Gladstone (Gladstone, MI)
Next up, the Eskymos confront the Jeffers Jets (Painesdale, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 17. Escanaba will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record.
