Maryland High School Basketball - High Point ripped by Wise

The Wise Pumas basketball team scored 80 points and held the host High Point Eagles to 27 in the Pumas league triumph on Thursday.

The Pumas now sport a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Largo for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 22. Wise will battle a Lions team coming off a 73-56 league win over Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD). The Lions record now stands at 16-6.

The Eagles (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against Bladensburg (Bladensburg, MD). The Mustangs enter the Prince George's County 4A contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Bladensburg was routed by DuVal (Lanham, MD), 61-50, in a league contest.
