February 16, 2023: Terryville, CT 06786 In Thursday's league outing, the Litchfield Cowboys (Litchfield, CT) basketball squad felled the host Terryville Kangaroos (Terryville, CT), by a margin of 59-43.
The Cowboys (7-14) will now prepare for their outing against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs go into the Berkshire outing with a 9-12 record. In their last outing, Nonnewaug was beaten by Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT), 80-57, in a league outing.
The Kangaroos now own a 3-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wamogo Regional for a Berkshire match on Monday, February 20. Terryville will meet a Warriors team coming off a 50-45 non-league win over Classical Magnet (Hartford, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 16-2.
