North Dakota High School Basketball - Grafton thwarts Central Cass
February 16, 2024: Grafton, ND 58237 The Grafton Spoilers (Grafton, ND) basketball knocked off the visiting Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND), 90-72 in Friday's non-league test.
The Spoilers (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Stephen-Argyle Central (Stephen, MN). The Storm go into the non-league test with a 6-24 record. In their last test, Stephen-Argyle Central went down by Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] (Newfolden, MN), 60-44, in a league test.
The Squirrels now own a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Kindred for a A Region 1 test on Thursday, February 22. Central Cass will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 73-40 league win over Oak Grove Lutheran (Fargo, ND). The Vikings record now stands at 18-1.
