The Southwestern Heights Mustangs basketball team (Kismet, KS), was toppled 61-41 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Elkhart Wildcats (Elkhart, KS)

The Wildcats now possess a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Meade for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 21. Elkhart will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 52-48 non-league win over Spearville (Spearville, KS). The Buffaloes record now stands at 16-3.

The Mustangs (1-18) will now prepare for their battle against Cimarron (Cimarron, KS). The Bluejays come into the non-league battle with a 4-15 record. In their last battle, Cimarron was toppled by Colby (Colby, KS), 66-29, in a non-league battle.
