Wisconsin High School Basketball - Horicon tops Oakfield
February 17, 2023: Horicon, WI 53032 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Horicon Marshmen (Horicon, WI) and the visiting Oakfield Oaks (Oakfield, WI), saw Horicon's basketball squad knock off Oakfield by a tally of 63-49.
With the victory, Horicon improves its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Marshmen host Lomira (Lomira, WI) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 20. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 5-15. Lomira lost 82-53 in their recent league challenge against St. Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac, WI)
Next up, the Oaks play the Hustisford Falcons (Hustisford, WI) in a Trailways - East challenge, on Thursday, February 23. Oakfield will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 54-42 league loss to Lourdes (Oshkosh, WI).
