Tennessee High School Basketball - KACHEA knocked off by Mountain Mission
February 17, 2024: Kingsport, TN 37663 The Mountain Mission Challengers basketball team scored 71 points and held the host KACHEA Wildcats to 58 in the Challengers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Challengers now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Expression Prep Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Mountain Mission will meet a Lions team coming off a 75-65 non-league loss to Paintsville (Paintsville, KY). The Lions record now stands at 12-12.
The Wildcats (19-15) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Home Scholars (Greeneville, TN). The Lady Eagles/Warriors enter the contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Heritage Home Scholars was defeated by KACHEA (Kingsport, TN), 52-36, in a league contest.
