February 17, 2025: Calhoun, KY 42327 McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Webster County Trojans (Dixon, KY), 58-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, McLean County advances its record to 14-9 on the year. The Cougars host Trinity (Whitesville, KY) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 5-17. Trinity lost 74-48 in their recent non-league match against Breckinridge County (Harned, KY)
The Trojans now own a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christian County for a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. Webster County will face a Colonels squad coming off a 71-59 non-league loss to Owensboro (Owensboro, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 4-21.
