Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Central Mustangs (Salina, KS) and the visiting Andover Trojans (Andover, KS), saw Central's basketball squad overcome Andover by a tally of 54-42.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 18-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Newton (Newton, KS) to confront the Railroaders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. The Railroaders come into the challenge with a record of 2-16. Newton lost 40-36 in their recent non-league challenge against South (Salina, KS)

Next up, the Trojans confront the Valley Center Hornets (Valley Center, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 22. Andover will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 55-44 non-league loss to Central (Salina, KS).
